We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order at our discretion — for example in cases of pricing errors, suspected fraud or stock unavailability. You will be notified and refunded in full if your order is cancelled by us.

Pricing
All prices are displayed in euros and include VAT where applicable. We reserve the right to change prices at any time without prior notice. The price at the time of your order is the price you pay.

Shipping
Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Alcra Labs is not responsible for delays caused by customs, carriers or circumstances beyond our control. Risk of loss passes to the customer once the order is handed to the carrier.

Governing Law
These terms are governed by Belgian law. Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the Belgian courts.
