Return & Refund Policy
We want you to love what you ordered. If something isn't right, we'll make it right.
Returns You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return. Items must be unused, in their original condition and in the original packaging with all accessories and components included. Items returned incomplete, damaged through misuse, or outside the return window will not be accepted.
To start a return, contact us at info@alcra.shop with your order number and reason for return. Do not ship anything back without hearing from us first.
Return Shipping Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. If you received a defective or incorrect item, Alcra Labs covers the return shipping in full.
Refunds Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you by email. Approved refunds are processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method. Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
Defective Items If your item arrives defective or damaged, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and we'll resolve it immediately — replacement or full refund, your choice.
Non-Returnable Items
- Items showing signs of use or damage
- Items returned without prior authorization
- Items returned after 30 days
- Items missing original packaging or accessories
Order Cancellations Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placement. After that, the order may already be in fulfillment and cannot be cancelled.
